Why information is collected

Information submitted through a case enquiry is intended to be used to understand the starting point, review the engineering context and respond to the person making the enquiry.

Information should not be submitted for an unrelated purpose, and visitors should avoid including unnecessary human medical information.

A case enquiry may include a person’s name, email address, telephone number, location, preferred contact method and information about an animal and mobility challenge.

Submitting an enquiry is intended to begin a review and response process. It does not automatically create an engagement, confirm that a project will proceed or replace veterinary assessment.

The website is hosted on Netlify. The production case-enquiry form uses Netlify Forms to process and store submissions, and verified form-submission notifications are sent to the Adaptive Axis business mailbox.
